Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to ship my order?

We will do our best to process and ship out your order within 1 - 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once you receive notification that your order has been shipped out, please allow for 1 - 2 working days for the parcel to reach you.

Do you ship to international destinations?

No, we do not ship to international addresses. If you need us to ship to an international address, please email us to check on the shipping charges.


How do I qualify for IOTS's free shipping?

Free shipping applies for orders exceeding S$80. To qualify for free shipping, the total value of your purchase has to exceed S$80, and is not cumulative between orders. 


What are my payment options?

We offer two methods of payment - Paypal and Bank Transfer. 

We accept all major credit cards through the Paypal platform; alternatively, you may prefer to use your Paypal account to process your payment.

For Bank Transfer, please follow the guidelines during checkout. Note that there will be additional processing time to confirm a Bank Transfer order, so the ship out time would be slower.


Can I make changes to my order after submission?

We apologize that you'll be unable to change your order after submission, in order to minimize errors and delays in your shipment.


What is your return policy?

Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your customer receipt up to 14 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a customer receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). All purchases made of personalized, special-order, and sale items are final. All breastfeeding and potty product sales are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns.

My order hasn't been delivered yet.

We apologize if your order has been delayed. Orders may take longer to process on occasion of unforeseen circumstances or sales periods, but we strive to minimize such occurrences and the associated processing times.

I haven't received a reply to my queries.

We make an effort to reply to all enquiries within 2 business days. If you've not received a response from us, the reply e-mail could have been filtered into your spam mailbox.

The product I'm interested in is out-of-stock. When will it be re-stocked? Can I place a pre-order?

Our items are re-stocked on a regular basis. For items that are shipped from our overseas suppliers, the re-stock time would be longer due to the additional processing time required. 

We try to have a stock level that will keep up with demand but some popular items may sell out fast. We aim to keep a low inventory level so that we reduce our warehousing cost and allow us to offer better pricing for our products. For some items, they will be available via pre-order, simply purchase the items via pre-order to enjoy a discount.
