We strive to process all orders within 2 workings days of receipt (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS from courier delivery company on the morning of delivery date.
Some orders may take longer to process if it was received during the weekend (Fri after 12pm - Sunday midnight), during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
You can choose your delivery to arrive anytime throughout the day (9 am - 10 pm) or during one of 3h time slots (9am-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm,6-10pm) for $1 extra. We will try to deliver according to the preference indicated on the best effort basis.
In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.
In the event of multiple delivery failure, the order will be returned to us. Under such cases, a redelivery fee ($5 for small order and $15 for large orders) will be charged to resend the order.
* Note that a $15 delivery surcharge may apply to delivery to certain locations in Singapore. E.g. Sentosa.
Self collection option is currently only available for Corporate tie-up.
